Friday 30th August 2024
UCL Laws

UCL Laws will host Dr Susan Bartie of ANU College of Law in Canberra, Australia, to give a talk linked to her Australian Research Council-funded project developing a 50-year socio-legal history of Australia’s environmental lawyers.

Dr Bartie will explain how a life history project of lawyers might best be designed to generate important new knowledge about legal ethics. She will introduce a study of Australian environmental lawyers, explaining the central theoretical and methodological challenges, preliminary findings, and how the project contributes to the field of legal ethics.

If you would like to attend, please contact Professor Steven Vaughan of UCL Faculty of Laws : steven.vaughan@ucl.ac.uk
