The 2023 Annual Lord Renton Lecture will be given by Lord Anderson of Ipswich KBE KC.

Our constitutional arrangements have a proud history but are widely seen as deficient. This lecture (18.00-19.00) ) will explore what we could aspire to, how it might be achieved and where we should start.
