Conference: The New York Convention and EU Law – Celebrating 60 Years of the New York Convention
This one-day conference, celebrating 60 years of the New York Convention, is organised by the Institute of European and Comparative Law, Oxford. The conference will consist of three sessions with a panel discussion after each one. The first will be devoted to the relationship between the New York Convention and EU law generally; the second will discuss the impact of EU law on the different methods of enforcing arbitral agreements; and the third will consider the enforcement of arbitral awards.
