Conference: Law and History in Small States and Micro-jurisdictions

This two-day (22-23 June 2023) conference will explore the law and history of small states and micro-jurisdictions through three broad themes:

•   The creation or sources of laws and norms of the particular legal tradition;
•   The actors – legal and lay – of the tradition over time; and
•   The application of those laws and norms over time through its legal and political institutions.
