Conference: Climate Change and the Rule of Law
Thursday 31st March 2022
UCL, London/Online
The connections and tensions between the rule of law and climate change pose significant practical and conceptual challenges, and get to the heart of the role played by law in society. This conference will bring together key thinkers, including scholars, policymakers, civil society representatives, legal practitioners, judges and PhD students, to reflect on these issues.
One main session of this two-day (31 March-1 April 2022) conference will be devoted to the work of Early Career Researchers (MPhil and PhD researchers and recent PhD graduates) in the field.
