Friday 22nd November 2019
The University of Liverpool, Management School

As part of the Northern Public Law Forum, the Liverpool Law School will host a public lecture from one of the leading figures in English devolved government, Andy Burnham, the Mayor of Greater Manchester.

Andy has been a key contributor to important public debates about the future of English devolution, and in this lecture will reflect on issues including: the strengths and limitations of the Combined Authority module, the case for expanding devolution in the North, and how the North of England could be represented in (or affected by) any major UK constitutional reform process that might occur post-Brexit.

Attendance is free of charge.
