PG Student 24 Hour Rate

Day Registrations
Please ensure you tick all the day(s) you wish to attend. All day registration fees are per person per day and must be multiplied by the number of days you wish to attend.

This includes attendance at all subject sections and plenary sessions along with refreshments and lunch on the day(s) of your choice. This rate does not include accommodation or dinner, although these are available at an additional supplement.

Dinner Tickets
Gala Dinner Tickets - Tuesday 14th September
The gala dinner will take place at St Mary's Stadium and it will include a pre-dinner drinks reception and 3 course meal. Tickets will be provided to delegates at registration for the dinner. Please note that coach transport to and from the venue is included in the price of the ticket.
£60 per person
Dinner Tickets - Monday 13th & Wednesday 15th September
This includes a pre-dinner drinks reception and attendance at the 3 course dinner with wine on the night of your choice. These dinners are being served in the Garden Court which is based on the University Campus. Tickets will not be provided for these dinners as the restaurant will have a list of delegates booked.

Campus Accommodation
University of Southampton En Suite Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
This includes single en suite accommodation on the University campus and a full English breakfast. The accommodation includes tea/coffee making facilities in the kitchen, bedlinen and towels. Please ensure you have ticked all the nights you require.

Chilworth Manor Accommodation
(please note accommodation at Chilworth Manor must be booked by the 15th July 2010)
Chilworth Manor is an Edwardian Manor House set in 12 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens. We have a limited number of bedrooms reserved at the hotel; a full English breakfast will be included along with full use of the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi & gymnasium.
Please note that Chilworth Manor is a ten minute drive from the University Campus (Traffic dependant) and you would need to arrange your own transport to and from the venue throughout your stay.

This accommodation option is not included with any of the residential packages so you would need to book non residential options and then add your accommodation at Chilworth separately.

Early Career Reception
This reception is a networking event to allow delegates who are starting out on their careers and research students to talk to established Academics.
