Professor David Nelken - Conferral of Award of Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences
The Society is delighted to welcome the conferral on Professor David Nelken, the eminent socio-legal scholar, of the award of Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences (see http://www.acss.org.uk/news.htm). Professor Nelken was nominated by the Society. He is Distinguished Professor of Legal Institutions and Social Change at Macerata University, and has kept strong links with the UK as Distinguished Research Professor of Law at Cardiff University and Visiting Professor of Law at the LSE.
