The Shortlist for the SLS Peter Birks Prize for Outstanding Legal Scholarship 2018

The Society is delighted to announce the short list for the Peter Birks Prizes for Outstanding Legal Scholarship.  Each year the Society offers two prizes for outstanding published books by scholars in their early careers. The 2018 winners will be chosen from the short list below.  Congratulations to those who have been shortlisted from a large field of nearly 20 entries.  Competition was, once again, intense with impressive scholarship represented throughout.  The judges were privileged to have the opportunity to read these and the other entries.  The prizes will be announced at the annual dinner of the Society which this year is at The Inner Temple Hall, Inner Temple,  London on Wednesday September 5.
