University of Southampton: Lecturer in Employment and Gender Discrimination Law

Applications are invited for a permanent post as a Lecturer, level 5, in Southampton Law School in support of the establishment of the Stefan Cross Centre for Women, Equality and Law. The establishment of this centre provides an exciting opportunity to foster multi-disciplinary research focused on all aspects of gender discrimination, especially those related to employment.
The successful applicant will be expected to contribute fully to the School’s education programmes, undergraduate and postgraduate, particularly in the teaching of Employment Law, Equality at Work and supervising PhD students in these areas. You will be expected to contribute to the development of ambitious research projects (and associated funding bids) in these areas. Visible and collegiate, you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of the School’s activities including student recruitment and outreach.
