National University of Singapore: Inaugural Sat Pal Khattar Professor of Tax Law

The Faculty of Law now seeks to appoint a distinguished legal scholar to be the inaugural Sat Pal Khattar Professor of Tax Law. The successful applicant for this tenured, full-time appointment will be an internationally-renowned professor with particular expertise within the field of taxation, broadly construed. The Chair is generously supported by Sat Pal Khattar ’66, LL.M. ’71. Mr Khattar, an alumnus of NUS Law, had a distinguished career in the civil service, in private practice, and in his contributions to the community.
