Conference Prices

The fees below apply for booking before 31 July 2004; after that a £50 surcharge will apply. To be sure of your tickets for the Reception and/or the Dinner it is essential to book by this date.

En suite accommodation is limited. Please book early if you want en suite. When all the en suite accommodation is reserved, a waiting list will be set up.

The two-day rate (includes 2 lunches  & 1 evening meal and all conference sessions on either Monday & Tuesday (Group A) or Wednesday & Thursday (Group B).

Research Students are entitled to a special £50 discount to encourage their attendance. However, they are not entitled to en suite rooms if they elect to take the discount.

All bookings are provisional until confirmed by the Conference Office.

1. Members of the Society

a) Full conference
£275 Hall (en suite)
£250 Hall (no en suite)
£325 Hotel

b) Half Conference
Group A: £175 Hall (en suite) / £150 (no en suite) or £200 Hotel
Group B:  £175 Hall (en suite) / £150 (no en suite) or £200 Hotel

c) Non-residential: Full £125 or Half £75

d) Day Tickets: £50 per day

2. Non-Members

Non-members are urged to join the Society. It is cheaper to join the Society and pay members' rates than to book as a non-member delegate.

a) Full conference: £375 Hotel or £300 Hall (no en suite)

b) Half Conference
Group A: £200 Hall (no en suite) or £250 Hotel
Group B: £200 Hall (no en suite) or £250 Hotel

c) Non-residential: Full £175 or Half £125

d) Day Tickets £75

Other charges

Late Booking Fee: £50. Payable in all cases. Not negotiable.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing by 30 August 2004 and will be subject to an administrative charge of £25. It is regretted that no refunds will be available for later cancellations, but substitutions may be made.
