Netscape Users: Please Read

Please note that there is an known problem issue for users of the Netscape version 4 browser. This program is now so old (eight years) it refuses to work properly with contemporary web pages. Less than one percent of internet users now use this program. However, many of them seem to work in law schools.  Newer versions of Netscape, Mozilla and Firefox work perfectly.
